Whether to give clear shape to visions, create strong narratives, or build skills, every service offered here is a collaboration of some kind. Each involves people coming together with ideas, objectives, and the desire for an outcome they can feel great about.

The consultant
There is an “I” in EYE & COMPASS- that’s me, Juhi Baig, and I do it all.
Over the years I’ve learned that being in a supporting role, acting as a secret weapon, and making magic behind the scenes (or the camera) is what brings me the most satisfaction.
I know what I excel at, and because those skills don’t all fit into one title or role, I created EYE & COMPASS to engage them all, without restrictions, under one banner.
Consultant, writer, editor, creative, photographer, teacher, advisor- like Whitney said, it’s all in me.

Being in nature, especially the ocean, and feeling humbled, calmed, energized, and in awe all at the same time.
Listening to people explain things they’re knowledgeable about.
Laughing- most commonly at puns, jokes for children, and myself.
Looking at all kinds of art.
Eating ice cream.
